Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 5 nos paan leaves


  • 1 cups condensed milk


  • 1/2 cups dessicated coconut


  • 2 tbsp gulkand


  • 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits


  • 2 tsp rad green tuti fruti


  • 1 pinch green color


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • In a bowl mix chopped dry fruits, rad green tuti fruti and Gulkand. This is the stuffing.
  • Wash and cut the paan leaves. Blend with condensed milk.
  • In a pan add condensed milk and paan mixture, green color, 1/2 dessicated coconut and cook on low flame till it becomes a dough.
  • Switch off and let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

  • Roll these ladoos with dessicated coconut. Keep in the refrigerator.
  • Your yummy paan laddoos are ready.
